OUR LAW FIRM'S HISTORY

Our law firm is the oldest in Whatcom County. It was established in 1914 when R.B. LeCocq began his practice in Lynden. Einar Simonarson joined him in 1937 and they continued to serve the legal needs of the people who built northern Whatcom County. Together they developed a strong reputation for integrity, hard work, and legal work of the highest quality. Much has changed since the early days of our firm, including the use of sophisticated computer technology and communication resources law firms need to maintain a leading edge in today's fast-paced world. We handle complex cases, often in courts and meeting rooms far away from our Whatcom County roots. But the tradition of LeCocq and Simonarson remains: we are committed to integrity, hard work and excellence in our profession.
