Laughlan Clark is a business lawyer whose practice is
focused on commercial and real estate transactions, litigation,
collections and creditor representation in bankruptcy.
He is a member of the Creditor Debtor and Real Property,
Probate and Trust Sections of the Washington Sate Bar
Association. Loch is a former municipal judge for the
cities of Bellingham, Lynden, Sumas, Everson and Blaine.
A graduate of Western Washington University (1976) and
University of Puget Sound Law School (1980), Loch has
practiced in Bellingham since 1981.
